Speaking with Boldness

Dear DBC Family,
We’ve been working our way through the book of Acts for the past several weeks at the Chapel and the passage that just “happens” to be next is an incredibly important one. I’m always amazed at how I prayerfully make a plan a long ways out, not knowing what we truly need to learn, and then God uses that to give us exactly what He wants us to learn at the exact time we need to learn it! So here’s what I’m talking about, how do you speak with boldness about Christ when society says that you should shut up and not talk? Peter and John had to figure out what they would do in the face of persecution. I believe that we as Western Christians will very soon be facing the very same question - Do we speak boldly for Christ or just be quiet.
