Dear Church Family,
I wanted to share a thought with you about God’s “Just Enough” provisions. What do I mean by that? I mean the things that He gives us each day to help us through physically, mentally and spiritually. Sometimes His “Just Enough” is NOT what we want and it is not what we expect. Therefore we don’t realize or accept it. As we are going through this time of quarantine and separation, I’d encourage you to think about what your “Just Enough” is and how God is providing it. If you want to see an excellent study from Israel on this, it is on RightNow. If you are in need of something physically, please let us know. There have been so many within our congregation that have offered whatever they have to help. Really. If you are needing something mentally to do to occupy your time, the Borough Library still checks out ebooks, Ligonier Ministries is giving away the Crucial Questions book series as well as their classes, and then there is always RightNow. Debbie in the Good News Book and Bible also wants you to know that she can get you anything that is in the store or has to be ordered (just call 456-6223). And if you are spiritually wondering what your “Just Enough” is, please know that we are praying for you constantly and are doing everything that we can to help shepherd during this time of not being able to meet physically. God’s ways of providing for our Spiritual Needs might be different than normal or the way we want Him too, but may we all have eyes to see what He is doing. Perhaps He has you to be part of the “Just Enough” in someone else’s life by calling, emailing, or texting them. As the Body of Christ, we are not bound by a building. God can use us and help us to “bloom where we are quarantined.” Ivan ps. Mr. Chuck would like the kids to know that God is with them and loving them even if He doesn’t seem to be around. He made a message for them. Comments are closed.
